With all the fly by night roofing companies out there, I will say the overall experience was great. It is not everyday or every 10 to 15 years that you have to have a roof put on your house and no one ever tells you how to go about getting it done. Of course I was skeptical like anyone should be these days. The process was professional and the communication was on point. I don't think they are the cheapest out there, but great service should not be "cheap." Do I feel I received good value, yes. I am a busy person and don't have time for contractors that don't show, give bad information or do sub-par work. Overall great experience. I was not paid to leave this, I just feel that when honest work is done a honest review of my personal experience should be rewarded.

The office kept us up-to-date with everything! The crew did a great job on our roof and cleaned everything up! They even sent someone to inspect and make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Universal Builders were professional, in all aspects of the roof and other damage done by the April 14th hail storm. Anthony and Jon went above and beyond in helping me with the insurance company inspector and in their explanations about what, when and how each part of the report would be done They were upfront, honest and clear when answering my questions. I highly recommend this company company for the work they did to my home.

They are best in class. I was skeptical at first, since my first contact with them was while they were knocking door to door after a large hail storm that damaged hundreds of roofs in our area (north of Ann Arbor, MI). It sounded too good to be true (it was a homeowners insurance claim) but in the end, it exceeded my expectations.
The job (whole roof replacement and gutters) was done last fall, with great craftsmanship by the sub-contractors and easy communication with the folks at the site (Emmanuel and Luke) and with the office staff.
