They did a great job on both the roof and gutters. They also were a huge help with our insurance company. They came back several times to inspect the jobs and we greatly appreciated it.

My house was damaged by hail storm a year ago and I chose Universal to install new roof, gutters and downspouts, facia, and siding on 4 sides of house. I was completely satisfied with the workmanship of roofing and siding crews and very pleased with the final product. Also thought the cleanup after each crew finished their job was outstanding . Although I was somewhat skeptical at the beginning, Universal more than met my expectations for quality workmanship and I am more than a little proud of my "new house".

Excellent with Universal Builders; not so great with my insurance company (Erie). UB had to fight with Erie to get the shingles replaced. They are still dealing with them to get a metal roof replacement. So far, no luck. Hail damage happened on 05/11/2018. Erie has been difficult to say the least. I will survey my neighbors before renewal time (December) to find out their experiences with their insurance companies and decide from there.

Every individual we worked with or spoke to were professional people. They had knowledge supported with field experience. Communication was a breeze. All questions were answered without hedging. They were truthful and honest. The workers installing the roof, in our care, were very very hard-working individuals. They were on time and did an incredible job of cleaning up every speck of debris. When they left the job site I was extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship. They would be a go to company for any of their offered services

After the hail storm last year, we needed replacement of our roof, siding, gutters, facia, and screens. The team at Universal Builders was fantastic! They arrived to inspect the damage with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything that was damaged in the storm was detected, recorded, and covered . The final result of the work was arguably better than the original construction; we are very happy with the results. I want to especially commend Todd and Bobby who were so friendly and who worked with me to schedule the work around my wife's and my difficult schedules. The only minor damage that was caused by the crew doing the siding was met with a friendly attitude and was quickly corrected. I will definitely use Universal Builders for any future work I require and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

While the job done was great, and the response to repair a piece of fascia that got damaged during a wind storm was immediate, I have to know a star for the less than stellar communication. Communication did improve once upper management entered the scene, and I am sure the over abundance of jobs they had was a contributing factor. Communication with Management was fantastic.

Everyone that I worked with at the company and at the workers on the job at my home were pleasant and helpful, The workmanship by all the different crews was excellent. The job includes a new roof, gutters and downspouts, copper flashing around 2 chimneys,2 new garage doors and a deck pressure washed and repainted. Everything was done in a professional and excellent manner.
